Recorded Live on 1st Dec 2023 at Chapel Arts Centre, Cardiff

I've been working with free movement artist Jessica Lerner at a series of workshops she's been leading for Cardiff based Groundwork Collective. My role is to improvise freely and texturally to encourage surprise and freedom of movement for the class. I never know what will come out. I'm trying to surprise myself as well as find a way to structure that element into something that suggests shape or progress. Sometimes it feels successful, other times not. The process is the key factor here and I hope it provides interest in it's own context as well as that of the workshop situation.

Due to the limitation of the situation the audio is recorded ambiently on to my phone and transferred from there. Other than some basic mastering plugins this is presented unedited and 'in the room'.
